About Katelyn

Katelyn is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience across multiple sides of the architecture and design industry. She has worked as a client-side project manager on the in-house Built Environments team at Rivian, as a commercial interior designer with firms like HOK and WeWork, and as a B2B Sales Lead and Account Manager for the furniture brand Hem.

Throughout these various professional experiences, a clear throughline emerged. Katelyn is most energized at the intersection of relationship building, problem solving, and operations. That realization shaped her current focus, working as a Fractional Operations Consultant within the A&D community.

Her goal is simple: help studios operate more smoothly so they can spend more time designing.
